Open from May to October, Lefka Apartments is a family-run apartment hotel that combines warm hospitality with a peaceful atmosphere. Four cosy studios and four one-bedroom apartments look onto either a large, crystal-clear swimming pool or a quiet walled garden, in the Yermaniko Pouli area of Chania (also known locally as Makris Toixos or Parigoria).

Each studio is one room with a kitchenette. Choose a double bed or two single beds. A sofa with a full mattress is for a child. Sleeps up to 2 adults + 1 child.

The neighbourhood

Lefka Apartments sits on the main road, 2½ km west of Chania's Venetian harbour, far enough from the centre to be quiet and close enough to reach easily. Aptera beach is a 5–10 minute walk away, and Golden Beach is nearby. A bus stop outside the door has buses into town every 15–20 minutes from early morning until midnight, and there's a supermarket across the road.

  • The beach: A comfortable 5–10 minute stroll to Aptera beach across the main road.
  • Chania Old Town: About 2½ km away, reachable by a 30-minute walk or a brief ride on the bus that stops right outside.
  • Conveniences: A supermarket is located directly across the street for easy grocery shopping.

Guests can enjoy the balance of peace and accessibility. The property features beautiful flowering gardens and a large swimming pool, but it sits right on a convenient bus route to Chania town.

Getting to Chania

Exploring Chania's old town and Venetian Port couldn't be simpler. You don't need a car to reach the old town and harbour. A public transit stop stands positioned directly beside the apartments. Buses run into Chania town and back every 15–20 minutes until midnight (1.30€ each way). A taxi would cost 8–12€ whereas walking would take 30–40 mins.
