Each studio is one room with a kitchenette. Choose a double bed or two single beds. A sofa with a full mattress is for a child. Sleeps up to 2 adults + 1 child.
💡 Occupancy: for 3 adults we recommend booking a one-bedroom apartment or 2 studios.
💡 Bedding: tell us before you arrive if you prefer a double bed or two singles.
Each apartment has a separate bedroom & a sitting room with a kitchenette and dining table. A single bed & a sofa, both with full mattresses, sleep two children.
💡 Occupancy: up to 2 adults + 2 children, or 3 adults. For 4 adults, we recommend booking 2 studios.

Self-catering
There is no breakfast served, as the apartments are self-catering. However, each kitchenette comes equipped with cooking hobs, a fridge, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, kettle, toaster, and cookware and there is a big supermarket conveniently located right across the street.

If you email, include your name, dates, number of guests (with children's ages), studio or apartment, and a mobile number. We reply within 24 hours. If you haven't heard from us, check your spam folder, then write again, message or call.

Pay a 25% deposit
If you booked online, we'll process the payment using your provided card. Otherwise, we'll send our bank details as soon as you confirm.

Tell us when you’ll arrive
We have no reception, so someone needs to be here to give you the key. Check-in is after 15:00.
You can ask for a pool or garden view, or a floor. Both cost the same, but we can’t promise a specific room. We will do our best, and confirmations with a request are always “if possible”.

Pay the balance
Pay in cash, or by Visa or Mastercard, at check-in or the day before you leave. To pay before arrival, use a bank transfer or card.

Check out by 11:00
To keep the room until 18:00, the day-use fee is 50% of the room rate. Later than that, the full daily rate applies. If your flight is late, we can store your luggage and offer a shower, at no extra cost.
